Cancellation Policy

All reservations must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance.

Early Cancel

Sessions may be canceled 12 or more hours in advance with no penalty. Your prepaid session will remain in your account for the next time you would like to schedule a class.

No Show/Late Cancel

If you fail to cancel your reservation and do not attend class, or if you cancel with less than 12 hours notice, you will be charged the full price of the session, as if you had attended.

TERMS

All group class, private and semi-private packages expire 90 days from the date of purchase. Packages are non-transferable. All sales are final. No refunds and no extensions will be given.
